This intensive three-day workshop will explore an intuitive approach to the representation of the human figure using a live model. Information from observed reality will be used to create works reflective of each artist’s emotion, style, personal vision and interest in materials. All medias, styles and techniques will be encouraged. Students will be pushed to stretch the limits of their imagination, ability and concept of working from life. The rigorous nature of the workshop will challenge students to step out of their comfort zone. The goal of the workshop is to push students to reach their full potential of creative momentum and find a voice, passion and ability that they didn’t know they had. Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 10am – 5:30pm (hour break for lunch)
