Deadlines and Info

I need to have your portraits and bios by the 24th. The portraits can be any size, but please understand they will be cropped on the homepage of the site to all match. When someone goes to your bio information on the site, they will see the complete painting. The first theme of the month is going to be Southern Roots. We can offer 5 x7, 8 x 10, or 9 x 12. You will not need to have this in until the end of the month. Hopefully, the theme is loose enough that you might even already have something. This will be the first image of our group and I want it to be great. I also need you all to be sending me any lists of people that you want to recieve the launch and monthly emails so that I can add it to the database.
