For Ashen, I am hearing morning. What time to start for most? 9:30 or 10am? Of course if everyone can't be there at the same time, people can join in later. Someone will meet us.
For those who have expressed interest in creating a mask, how about getting together at my house on Tuesday Sept 27th or Oct 4th. We can do day or night. Wine might make it easier. I am just throwing those dates out there so suggest others if you want.
Lastly, I am hearing that people are feeling crunched with the Footlight Players show Nov. 30th. I was getting a little paniced about marketing the show on Oct. 26th and then turning around and marketing a show one month later and trying to get a good crowd to both. It is a little close. We did not get to fully talk about it at the meeting. We could push the Footlight show to the Springtime when we all can breathe easier and make proper planning for a month long show. During Garden Tour or Spoleto? I would be happy to host a Young Collector's or VIP show in Dec. at my house with any paintings that people want to clean out and offer at 15% less (no charity)- so you would make the same amount. Would love your feedback.
I want to focus on the show, but also the "LookBook" for designers in October and start distributing in November. We have a Skirt ad in Oct to promote our show and an ad in Dec to promote the site and gifts.
